**Feedspy Privacy Policy**
This Privacy Policy describes the established procedure for processing personal data collected through the feedspy.net website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), allowing users to register on the Site. In all mentioned cases, users' personal data is processed exclusively within the framework of the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" and the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data. This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the provisions of these documents.
Feedspy (we) uses data obtained through Google OAuth authorization solely to create a Feedspy account and link it to your social network account. We store your email securely and do not share it with third parties. Data usage complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Your rights: access, correction, or deletion of data. **Article 1. Terms**
- **Site**: The website located on the Internet at: https://feedspy.net/.
- **User**: An individual who has submitted their personal information via authorization through social networks or through the Registration Form on the Site with the subsequent purpose of transmitting data to the Site Administration.
- **Registration Form**: A special form where the User places their personal information for the purpose of transmitting data to the Site Administration.
- **Personal Data**: Any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).
- **Processing of Personal Data**: Any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
- **Cookies**: A small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it attempts to open a page of the corresponding site.
- **IP Address**: A unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
**Article 2. General Provisions**
2.1. This Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer"), posted on the Internet at https://feedspy.net, as well as other agreements concluded with the User, where this is expressly provided for by their terms. The Policy is an official standard document of the Site Administration and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about Users.
2.2. By using the Site in any way, the User voluntarily consents to the following methods of processing their personal data: collection, recording, systematization, storage, anonymization, accumulation, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
2.3. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
**2.4.** By authorizing and using the Registration Form, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
**2.5.** The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about the User. Nevertheless, the Site Administration assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient Personal Information and updates it in a timely manner.
**2.6.** The Site may contain links to other websites. The Site is not responsible for the content, quality, and security policies of these websites. This privacy statement applies only to information posted directly on the Site.
**Article 3. Personal Information**
**3.1.** Personal information in this Policy means:
- **3.1.1.** Information provided by the user independently, including the user's personal data.
- **3.1.2.** Data transmitted automatically, namely: anonymized data in the form of cookies, internet browser parameters and settings, location data, data on actions performed on the Site.
**3.2.** Personal data permitted for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the Registration Form on the Site and/or authorization and includes the following information:
- **a.** The User's email address.
- **b.** The identifier (Unique number) and profile name of the social network through which the User authorizes on the Site. Identifiers of some social networks are linked to the Feedspy service.
**3.3.** To provide effective services, it uses third-party API services, including Facebook, Instagram, VK, Twitter, OK, Google, and YouTube. Except for specific access requested during use (i.e., to verify your identity), the tool analyzes only publicly available data from each of the API services.
By using YouTube Content and YouTube API through Feedspy websites and services, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service - https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and Google's Privacy Policy - http://www.google.com/policies.
**Article 4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data**
**4.1.** The Site Administration processes only those personal data necessary to provide and improve the quality of the Site.
- **4.1.1.** Unless otherwise provided by contractual relationships with the User, the Site Administration processes only technical data obtained during user registration through social network authorization via the OAuth protocol.
**Article 5. Methods and Terms of Processing Personal Data**
**5.1.** The User's personal data is processed without a time limit, by any legal means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
**5.2.** The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to partners, other third parties, in particular, postal service organizations, telecommunications operators, in order to convey information to the User.
**5.3.** The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized bodies only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
**5.4.** The Site Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
**5.5.** In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
**5.6.** The Site Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
**5.7.** By using the Site, the User agrees that the Site uses Cookies and to the processing of cookies and user data to improve the functioning of the Site, for retargeting, and for statistical and marketing research.
**Article 6. Transfer of Personal Data**
**6.1.** The Site keeps the data confidential, except in cases of processing personal data to which the User has provided unlimited access at their request.
- **6.1.1.** The Site has the right to transfer the User's personal information in case of obtaining consent for such actions, including in cases of acquiring a non-exclusive license under the Agreement with the binding of the user’s name to the rights holder (Site).
**6.2.** Part of the personal information may be provided to strategic partners who work with the Site Administration to provide products and services, or to those who help the Company deliver products and services to consumers, as well as to the bank or payment system if the provision of this information is conditioned by the procedure for transferring funds to the payment system, which the User wishes to use. The Site makes every effort to keep the User's personal data safe. Personal information may be disclosed in cases described by law or when the Site Administration deems such actions necessary to comply with legal procedures, court orders, or legal processes necessary for the User's work with the Site. In other cases, under no circumstances, will the information that the User transmits to the Site be disclosed to third parties. The User has the right to request information about who has been provided with their Personal Data by emailing the Company at "support@feedspy.net".
**Article 7. Protection of Personal Data**
**7.1.** The Site takes organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unlawful accidental or intentional access, destruction, alteration, blocking, as well as from other unlawful actions with personal data by third parties.
**Article 8. Storage and Destruction Periods for Personal Data**
**8.1.** The User's personal data is stored on the electronic medium of the site indefinitely.
**8.2.** The User's personal data is destroyed at the User's request based on their application, or at the initiative of the Site Administrator without explanation by deleting the information posted by the User.
**8.3.** If your account has been inactive for more than 12 months, we reserve the right to delete your account, including all personal data stored in it, which means you will no longer be able to access or use it.
**Article 9. User Rights and Obligations**
**9.1.** The Site Administration processes exclusively the information received from social networks during authorization. The User is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data specified by the User in the social networks and profiles through which registration/authorization on the Site takes place.
**9.2.** The Site Administration is not responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the technical data obtained about the User during their authorization/registration on the Site.
**9.3.** The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a message to the email address "support@feedspy.net".
- **9.3.1.** The withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the complete deletion of the User's account from the Site, as well as the deletion of all personal data in the processing and storage systems, making it impossible to provide Paid and Free features of the Site to the User.
- **9.3.2.** The User has the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data by sending a message to the email address "support@feedspy.net".
